Given the state of alarm by Covid-19 and as preventive measures for the spread of the virus, we inform you that we have adopted the following measures:

• Reduction of our schedule of attention in our department of ADMINISTRATION from 08,00 to 16,00 h.
  Allowing us this reduction that 80% of the administration staff telework.
• We will carry out any UPDATE OR NEW INSTALLATION that is reasonably necessary for the safety of our customers, postponing those that are not. Allowing us to reduce 50% of our technical staff in mobility.
• We have facilitated to our operators of the CENTRAL OF ALARMS the teleworking maintaining only in our central the minimum personnel to which the in force legislation forces us.
  Our ACUDA SERVICE will provide the service that we usually provide, sticking only to interventions directly related to the safety of people and their property. We are also at the disposal of the different administrations.
